Dental community around the world says final goodbye to our teacher Dr. Carl Misch RIP

Carl Misch, DDS, MDS, PhD, died on January 4 at the age of 70. Many friends, students and colleagues around the world moans his lost, still during the new year eve celebrations members from the Misch Implant Institute and closest friends informed the world about this terrible lost. He will be remembered for his legacy.
Borned in the United States, November 17, 1947, was an American prosthodontist considered one of the most important persons who contributed in the field of implant dentistry.
Among his achievements, he served as President of several implant organizations including the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of Implants and Transplants and the American College of Oral Implantologists. Author of many articles and books about implant dentistry. in 1984 he founded the Misch International Implant Institute (MIII) a one year continuum for implant education. The MIII which now has locations in Florida and Nevada and claims to have trained more than 4500 dentist around the world.
He passed away on January 4th, 2017, aged 69. His funeral was served in Our Lady Of Sorrows Catholic Church Wednesday, Jan 11th 2017 10:00am, 23815 Power Rd., Farmington, Michigan, United States. Our sincere condolences to family and friends
